- When you buy a gift card, the money sits in 'escrow', i.e. held by a third party until it is 'spent' when the money is released to us (so we can't run away with it - not that we would!!)
- The money can be redeemed against special order items. This means that if the receipient of the gift card would like to order items that we do not hold in stock routinely, that's not a problem at all: email or speak to us to arrange this.
- There is a year to spend it! (Technically 12 months from purchase date)
